Booking process

How can I book a presentation?
You can book directly with Jacqueline or Richard. No extra costs through booking agencies, just close to the source.
What are the costs?
The costs depend on the group size. This is related to the number of instrument sets and sound equipment that we need to provide or whether it’s already available. All prices are excluding 9% VAT and travel costs of €0.60 calculated based on the distance from Stramproy to the location and vice versa.
What is the average lead time between booking and execution?

If the date is available, it can go very quickly. The shortest lead time was 1 day in advance, where we did the intake with the client in the evening. The longest was 1.5 years, as this client really wanted to book us 😉. On average, clients book about 3 months in advance.

Is there an intake meeting before the presentation?

Yes, absolutely, because customization is key for us. Together, we will discuss all the content and technical details online, because: c’est le ton qui fait la musique (it’s the tone that makes the music). Since we use music as a metaphor and include singing and music in our presentation, we also align those technical details with you. We have our own sound equipment, and I always come along with Henk Sterken, my 72-year-old (yes, really, he just doesn’t want to stop working, it’s way too much fun 😊) technician/musician. Even when we perform in theaters or large conference centers where the sound facilities are top-notch, we coordinate with the venue to ensure you can enjoy our presentation without any worries.

Can I first request a non-binding conversation?

Certainly, you can. Placing an option is also free of charge. We just want to make sure that together we hit the right note.
